Personal information provided (Name, email, address and phone) is stored by DataDot Technology
USA Inc. for the purpose of product registration, and law enforcement use only. DataDot
cooperates with law enforcement inquires and may be required to disclose information to law
enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation. A customer's
personal information will not be disclosed to any other person or organization without the
express consent of the customer or unless required by law. All information will be held in the
strictest of confidence.
DataDot is committed
to maintaining the accuracy of the information on all of our customers. A customer may
facilitate access to their registered information either over the phone or by paper
statements. If you believe any of your information is incorrect or has changed please
notify us immediately via phone or email to update your customer information. However,
in order to protect your information we may ask you to verify your identity and DataDot
PIN. Information will only be provided to the registered owner of the account.
Note, in the event
that you suspect that someone has illegally or fraudulently gained access to your personal
identification number (PIN) please contact DataDot immediately so that an identity alert may
be placed on your file for your protection.
During the registration
phase a customer has the opportunity to elect to receive information about new DataDot products
and updates. Only those selecting this option will be provided this information and a customer
may remove themselves or 'opt out' from this list at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
or calling 800 546-4454. No more that four marketing pieces will be sent per annum by either
email or direct mail to those identified on this list. This list will not be made available
to any third party and will remain in strictest of confidence.
